With an entire coaching staff with professional playing experience, we offer training programs for our players that are not only sport specific, but position specific. From speed and agility training, to strength training, we get our players ready for the next level.
It starts with the basics, and that is technique. We want our boys lifting hard and heavy, but want them doing it in a way that will be safe as well as building strength in the most effective way possible.
Strength training is a key component in not only being bigger, stronger, and faster than your opponent, but also is crucial in injury prevention.
